Bob and Tom, heard on more than 150 radio stations nationwide, will be joining this year's Laugh Fest
Bob and Tom, from the “Bob and Tom Show,” are the newest comedians to be announced joining “Laugh Fest,” held in Grand Rapids, Michigan in March. Along with Bob and Tom, many other celebrity comedians are scheduled to appear. “Laugh Fest” is a ten day event featuring well-known comics at all different venues to support Gilda’s Club, which is a club that supports people and families living with cancer.
Margaret Cho, from “Dancing with the Stars,” this season and Roy Wood Jr., Myq Kaplin and Rachel Feinstein, are all going to be there. The three finalists from “The Last Comic Standing,” will also be in town for the festival.
According to mlive.com Leann Arkema, president and CEO of Gilda’s Club, said, “We may not agree on what’s funny, but we all can agree that laughter is good for all of us.” Leann founded Gilda’s Club and named the club after Gilda Radner (an original cast member of “Saturday Night Live") who died in 1989 of ovarian Cancer.
Bob and Tom, known from the aptly named Bob and Tom Show, are the latest comedians to be added to the stellar roster for Laugh Fest, a ten-day comedy festival to be held in Michigan in March. Bob and Tom have plenty of experience entertaining audiences across the nation, and will be performing with the Bob and Tom Comedy All Stars on December 31 in Indiana (tickets for that event areright here).
Bob and Tom join an already impressive line-up for Laugh Fest, which features former Dancing With The Stars contestant Margaret Cho, Bill Cosby, Betty White, Mike Birbiglia, Roy Wood, Jr., and many more.
